Rambling #4 Things you dont get told

We grow up, we are told about periods,how babies are born and made,we are told about puberty and why things happen...

But i have found that there are certain things we are just don't talk about...one which in now an ad on telly is bladder leakage for women, yes when i cough i pee .. great... and its not just us mums it will happen too its going to get all of us in the end..

Another one is some of the myths of being pregnant...no one told be it could me 9 months of feeling ill and puking. No one said to you wont get the lovely glow,no one said that your hair may fall.. and no one said to take a hair dryer in when for after you have a baby ,,, not to look good but to dry your stitches ...thank fully a lady next me told me morning after so hubby was dispatched to get hair dyer asap ...
lol...

But the one of the biggest thing no one ever told me about was when you hit certain age little hairs will pop out on your face.

I have seen the little old ladies with moles and hair growing out of them and thought eww but i thought they must of had them for life or something ...
but i woke up about 4 weeks ago and was brushing my teeth and of course as you do i was watching my self in the mirror..
I look close and see a little hair growing at the side of my right hand side of my top lip ...

I finish brushing my teeth and look closer and have a little feel.. it feels like a whisker omg a mans hair on my face ....
I will admit i freaked... why hadn't i heard of this ... a tiny little whisker ...


I love plucking my eyebrows so i have 6 pairs of tweezers lol so i pull out a point pair and pluck it out... it was tiny but had a hint of red ,,,, OMG its a ranga whisker,,,
At this stage a mini panic attack was setting in i look in mirror i swear i saw myself looking like Ronald McDonald with a beard ....

I rang my girlfriend and told her ... she laughed oh yea i get on my chin... umm and u never told me ?????

She goes on to tell me that she has more the one about 3 OMG ..lol

I feel that spot near my lip all the time.. i pluck at anythng i feel in case theres more grow... will i end up with beard ... will i be a little old lady with a hairy chinny chin chin ...

Did no one tell those little old ladies to pluck those hairs...
